Design-Build 3,300 SF included asbestos abatement, selective demolition, construct interior walls to provide programmed spaces, repair men and women latrines, replace all exterior doors and windows, install new doors and hardware, provide new interior finishes including paint, ceilings, flooring, casework and toilet accessories, replace under- and above-slab piping, plumbing fixtures and trim, replace the existing HVAC and controls system, replace the existing electrical infrastructure, lighting systems and accessories and fire detection and alarm, replace the existing interior communication system, and interface with the mass notification system (UMCS). Also provided new u/g utilities. backflow preventer, parking areas at buildings, sidewalks/stoops, provided proper pavement markings, remove trees and landscaping.
