Design-Build 14,500 SF project included asbestos abatement, selective demolition, construct interior walls to provide programmed spaces, repair men and women latrines, replace all exterior doors and windows, install new doors and hardware, repair interior finishes, replace the existing HVAC system, replace the existing electrical infrastructure, lighting systems and accessories and fire detection and alarm, replace the existing interior communication system, and interface with the mass notification system (UMCS). Replace the existing roof systems EPDM and Metal roof. Provided new parking area west of building and provide new split-face brick dumpster enclosure, provided proper pavement markings, remove existing light poles, and install new fiberglass light poles.
