The work included the entire renovation of 30,000 SF building to convert from barracks to administration occupancy. The work included modifications to the existing HVAC systems and building envelope, interior renovations included selective demolition and renovation of masonry, metal stud & gypsum board, interior doors/frames/hardware, floor and ceiling finishes, new metal stairs, HVAC replacement, casework, and upgraded restrooms.
