The 120-room, 44,000 SF barrack work included a complete replacement of the electrical system, construction of a new sloped metal truss roof system, upgrades conforming to Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings, renovation and reconfiguration of the first lounge into a laundry room, construction of a new mechanical building to house new natural gas boilers, supporting equipment, a new chiller, enclosure, and incidental related work.
